Services are provided for individuals ages 2 ½ through adult. Testing may be conducted in a variety of settings dependent on the client’s need (i.e., school, daycare setting, home, office). When the evaluation has been completed, a written report will be presented to the parents or adult client in a meeting with the Educational Diagnostician or School Psychologist. The report will contain an analysis of test scores, recommendations for instructional strategies, and suggested modifications focused on maximizing the effectiveness of the client’s education. Accommodations relative to college programming are also identified. Fees are due at the time of testing, unless otherwise arranged. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, cash and checks. Reports will be released when payment in full is received. |

Evaluations for school-aged Children and Adults A battery of tests will be administered to evaluate cognitive, educational, behavioral, and learning style. These evaluations are generally performed in two sessions of two to three hours in length. |

Homeschooled Annual Evaluation An age-appropriate, nationally normed, comprehensive test is administered to evaluate performance and skill levels in reading, reading comprehension, math, listening, and written language. This evaluation is generally performed in one session of about two hours in length. |

Evaluations for Preschoolers A battery of tests will be administered to evaluate age-appropriate development in the areas of Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Cognitive, Social/ Emotional, and Speech/ Language. The evaluation process generally takes approximately three hours (conducted in two sessions). |

Screenings for Preschoolers/Kindergarten Readiness A battery of tests are available to screen age-appropriate development in the areas of Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Cognitive, Social/Emotional, and Speech & Language. Readiness for Kindergarten will also be established. The screening process will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. An in-depth evaluation will be recommended when screenings reveal either delayed or above average development. |

Fees for Travel Additional fees are incurred for travel expenses by the evaluator(s) when traveling to islands other than Oahu or when traveling outside the Jacksonville metropolitan area (more than 30 miles from downtown Jacksonville). |
